Oven Fried Corn

This is one of my family recipes. I always make it for the Holidays & it's a must at Thanksgiving. It is to die for! And once people know you make it, they will always ask you to bring it. *ALERT* It is fattening, but so worth it!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 bag of shoe-peg frozen corn (you can also use canned corn. yellow corn or mix them)
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1/2 stick of butter
3 flat tbsp of flour
S & P
Put frozen corn into a casserole dish. Cut up butter onto the top of the corn.
Pour cream & sprinkle the flour on top. Add S & P. Do not stir it. Put the lid on & stick in a hot oven.
When you can smell it cooking & it bubbles, take it out & stir it. Put back into the oven with no lid.
Cook for about 30 mins @ 375 degrees. The more you stir it the thicker it will get.
